ENTRY FEE: NHAA members: $20 for 1 submission/$25 for 2/$30 for 3
Non-Members: $40 for 1 submission/$45 for 2/$50 for 3

ABOUT THE EXHIBIT: 

New England artists working in photographic mediums are invited to submit 1-3 pieces of 2D or 3D work to the 44th Annual Jack Parfitt Open Juried Photography Exhibition. This years theme is "Thinking of Home: Memory and the Domestic". Submissions are limited to 48" in the longest direction including frame. 3D submissions must be primarily photo based, i.e sculpture, wall hangings, and books.
Awards to be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes honorable mentions, a Lotte Jacobi Award and Renee Giffroy Award to a photographer under 30.

ABOUT THE JUROR:

 The juror for this exhibition is Alisa Swindell, Associate Curator of Photography at the Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth College.

ARTWORK ACCEPTED: 

  • 1-3 pieces of work per artist
  • 2D work – maximum framed dimension 48” in the longest direction INCLUDING FRAME.
  • 3D work - submissions must be primarily photo based, i.e. sculpture, wall hangings, and books.
    All work must be created with the last 3 years and not shown at the Levy Gallery
  • All artists exhibiting online or at any NHAA in person venues must adhere to our PRESENTATION AND FRAMING GUIDELINES  (click here) and NHAA EXHIBIT AGREEMENT (click here) on the on the website in the member portal.
  • FOR ALL ARTISTS UNDER 18 YOU MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN REVIEW THE NHAA EXHIBIT AGREEMENT AND HELP YOU WITH YOUR ONLINE SUBMISSION.
